Data Collection

This website does not track user activity using analytics of any kind. Standard diagnostic data is stored in server logs, such as IP address and time of visit, to enable troubleshooting of issues, and to allow a broad overview of server traffic. These logs contain no personally identifiable information, and are retained for 30 days.

Cookies are used to allow proper operation of the website. However, no personally identifiable information is stored in cookies.

Personal Data

Information provided in the contact form will only be used to communicate with the user.

Automated email, such as account signup and verification, mailing list messages and receipts for purchases, are sent using Mailgun, a third-party provider in the mail delivery business since 2010. We do not monitor what you do with messages we send. Messages are generated locally by this website and are only forwarded using the Mailgun system, therefore no click tracking or other forms of user engagement tracking are enabled in emails sent by this website or the Mailgun service. Any links included in emails point back to this website, and are only used for their stated purpose (ie: confirm email, etc...).

In addition, Stripe is used as a payment processor. All information related to payment processing, such as contact and payment details, are sent directly to Stripe. No personal information related to payments passes thru this website, and is therefore not stored. Only a users provided name, chosen password and email address are stored on this server.

Jurisdiction

This website is hosted on a dedicated server located at Phoenix NAP, in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. This machine is used only for websites and services administered by Aswellian Research, on behalf of Strong Medicine Publishing.
